Connect Church Prayer Gram

March 17, 2019

“First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions,

and thanksgivings be made for all people,”   1Timothy 2:1

Thanksgiving: And David spoke to the Lord the words of this song on the day when the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul.  He said,

‘The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge, my savior; you save me from violence. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.’”                                                                                  2 Samuel 22:1-4

Eritrea -  Thousands of Christians have been imprisoned in Eritrea over the last decade. Pray for endurance for brothers and sisters detained in horrific conditions, and ask God to give them perseverance in their faith. • Pray for President Afwerki, that God would work in his heart and reveal the truth of the gospel. • Pray for cooperation among the Christians of Eritrea, that they would be one.
